Terms & Conditions

Pretty is an online platform that connects customers with beauty salons and lets salons manage their bookings. The beauty services themselves are provided by the salons, not by Pretty. Every booking is an agreement between you and the salon.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Pretty.
• The information on your account must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account.

• A booking is confirmed once the salon accepts it. You will receive an email confirmation.
• You pay for services directly at the salon. Pretty does not charge customers.
• You can cancel for free up to 2 hours before your appointment.
• Repeatedly booking and not showing up may lead to restrictions on your account.

• Your listing, including services, prices, photos, and opening hours, must be accurate and kept up to date.
• New salons are reviewed by our team before going live.
• You are responsible for delivering the services you list, for the prices you charge, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.

• New salons get a free 1-month trial. No card is required to start.
• After the trial, plans are Pro at €19/month (€190/year) or Business at €39/month (€380/year).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, handled by a licensed payment provider.
• You can cancel anytime. Your salon keeps full access until the end of the paid period, and you are not charged again.
• If a renewal payment fails, your salon may be hidden from search until the payment is resolved.
• We may change prices with prior notice. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

• Reviews can only be left after a real, completed appointment.
• Reviews must be honest and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• We may remove reviews that violate these rules.
• Reviews salons leave about clients are private and visible only to salon owners, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may not:

• create fake accounts, fake bookings, or fake reviews
• scrape, copy, or resell content from the platform
• interfere with the operation or security of the service
• use Pretty for anything unlawful

Pretty is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the platform available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Because services are provided by salons, Pretty is not responsible for the quality or outcome of an appointment, or for disputes between a customer and a salon. If something goes wrong, contact the salon first. We are happy to help mediate where we can.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to Pretty in the 12 months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version is always available on this page, with the date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continuing to use Pretty after a change means you accept the updated terms.
